Khajuraho Group of Monuments is one of the renowned UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Madhya Pradesh. It is the group of Hindu and Jain temples, which are world known for their nagara-style architectural symbolism and their erotic sculptures. Khajuraho temples are divided into Eastern and Western group of temples that will include Laxmi & Varha temples Kandariya Mahadev, Devi Jagdamba temples and more. These temples was constructed during the period of Chandela rulers have structures that glorify erotica. These temples were built during the Chandela period during 950 to 1050 AD. Apart from this you will also get the chance to explore Orchha temples as well.
The beautiful architecture of Taj Mahal was built by Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. It is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. It was commissioned in 1632 and the construction of the mausoleum was essentially completed in 1643 but work continued on other phases of the project for another 10 years. It is the best example of Mughal architecture and a symbol of India's rich history. Agra fort, this magnificent red-sandstone structure is also known as Red fort, cover the inside structures like the Diwan-I-Am, Diwan-I-Khas etc. You can also visit Itmad-ud-Daula’s tomb etc.
Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi – Agra (By Road- 220 Kilometres)
Upon arrival at Delhi airport, meet our representative who will help you assisted transfer to Agra by road. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. After freshen up, proceed to explore Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. After sightseeing, return back to the hotel and have Dinner.
Overnight stay in Agra.
Day 2: Agra – Jhansi (By Train) – Khajuraho (By Road-176 Kilometres)
Today after breakfast, board an early morning train for Jhansi. Upon arrival at Jhansi, drive to Khajuraho, on the way visit Orchha. Orchha, it was one of the medical city and was once the capital of the Bundela rulers. Here explore some major attractions of the city such as Jehangiri Mahal, which was built by Raja Bir Singh Deo, Laxmi Narayan temple which is known for its beautiful mural paintings. Apart from this also visit the Raj Mahal.
After arriving in Khajuraho, check-into the hotel. Rest day is free at leisure. Have Dinner at hotel.

Day 3: Khajuraho
After breakfast, explore the world heritage site of Khajuraho temples divided into Eastern and Western group of temples that will include Laxmi & Varha temples Kandariya Mahadev, Devi Jagdamba temples and more. These temples was constructed during the period of Chandela rulers have structures that glorify erotica. Dinner and overnight in Khajuraho hotel.
Day 4: Khajuraho - Delhi (By Train)
Today is the last day of the tour. After having an early morning breakfast and read journey to Jhansi railway station to board a train to Delhi. On arrival, assisted transfer to the international airport to catch a flight for an onward journey.
