The trip was great! Everything worked very well The travel itself was well elaborated, the hotels were very well equilibration, from the more basic ones to the luxury resorts as the Dune or the Taj Malabar in Cochin. ‘Bishnupur Weekend Getaways’ will give you the chance to explore Bishnupur popular town in the Bankura District of West Bengal, which is also known as temple town. This temple town is renowned for its amazing terracotta temples and Baluchari saris. Bishnupur offers its glorious history, culture and traditions. During the tour you will get the chance to explore the major attractions of Bishnupur such as Rasmancha, The Jorbangla temple, Dal Madol, Shyamrai temple and Pancha Ratana Temple. Also buy some authentic items of Bishnupur such as Baluchari Sarees, terracotta and wood handicraft items.

Itinerary

Day 01: Kolkata – Bishnupur (By Road- 202.3kms/ 04hrs)

Pickup from advised location at Kolkata, then drive to Bishnupur. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. Rest day is free at leisure.

Overnight stay at Bishnupur

Day 02: Bishnupur

Today after breakfast, proceed to visit the major attractions of Bishnupur such as Rasmancha, The Jorbangla temple, Dal Madol, Shyamrai temple and Pancha Ratana Temple.

In the evening, explore market and buy some authentic Baluchari Sarees, terracotta and wood handicraft items.

Day 03: Bishnupur- Kolkata (By Road- 202.3kms/ 04hrs)

Today is the last day of the tour. After breakfast, return back to Kolkata for your onward destination.
