Rapid Golden Triangle I had a wonderful experience in Golden Triangle Tour of North India! The trip was great! Everything worked very well The travel itself was well elaborated, the hotels were very well equilibration, from the more basic ones to the luxury resorts as the Dune or the Taj Malabar in Cochin. Overview

One of the major city of Punjab, Amritsar is the administrative headquarters in Punjab. The city was founded by Guru Ram Das, fourth Sikh guru, in 1574. The city is renowned for its glorious history, rich culture and tradition. The city was played a significant role during the freedom movement of India, Jallianwala Bagh massacre was the one of the great example which represents one of the blackest episodes of British colonial rule.Golden Temple is the most impotent Gurudwara of Amritsar, and one of the most important pilgrim place for Sikh religion, which was founded by fourth Sikh guru Ram Dass in 1577. ‘Short Escape to Amritsar’ will give you the chance to explore the major attraction the city including Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh , Durgiana Mandir and Baba Atal Rai Tower. Apart from this you will also get the chance to visit Wagah Border and here enjoy the ceremonial changing of guard, the march-past followed by the singing of national anthem and other patriotic songs.

Itinerary

Day 01: Delhi – Amritsar (By train)

Early morning Pick up from advised location in Delhi and transfer to railway station to board the train to Amritsar. Upon arrival in Amritsar, you will be welcomed by our representative, then proceed to hotel. Check in to your pre booked hotel.

Rest day is free at leisure. Overnight

Have dinner and overnight stay in Amritsar.

Day 02: Amritsar

Today after breakfast, proceed for to visit the major attractions of Amritsar. Visit the popular Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh , Durgiana Mandir, dedicated to the Hindu goddess Durga and Baba Atal Rai Tower.

After sightseeing of Amritsar, return to your hotel.

In the evening, proceed to visit Wagah Border, which is located at 25 kilometres from the city between India and Pakistan.

Here enjoy the ceremonial changing of guard, the march-past followed by the singing of national anthem and other patriotic songs. After visit return back to your hotel and have Dinner.

Overnight stay in Amritsar.

Day 03: Amritsar – Delhi (By train) Departure

Today after breakfast, proceed to explore local market. Afternoon transfer to Amritsar railway station to board the train to Delhi for your onward destination.
