The trip was great! Everything worked very well The travel itself was well elaborated, the hotels were very well equilibration, from the more basic ones to the luxury resorts as the Dune or the Taj Malabar in Cochin. A very special experience was the trip on the boat (Spice Coast Cruises) -> simply great!

Overview

‘Short Escape to Panchgani’ will give you the chance to explore Panchgani, which is one of the most picturesque hill town of Maharastra. Situated at middle of five hills in the Sahyadri mountain ranges in the Satara District, also known for the various premier residential educational institutions. Panchgani offers the spectacular view of the coastal plains on one side and Krishna River on another side. During the tour explore the major attractions of Panchgani such as Rajpuri Caves, Kamalgad Fort, Hunter Point, Sydney Point and Dhoom Dam etc.

Itinerary

Day 01: Pune– Panchgani (By Road- 101.5Kms/02hrs 17min)

Early morning,pick up from advised location in Pune, then drive to Panchgani. Upon arrival at Panchgani, check-in at your pre-booked hotel. Rest day is free for leisure.

Overnight at Hotel.

Day 02: Panchgani

Today after breakfast, proceed for sightseeing tour of Panchgani visiting Rajpuri Caves, Kamalgad Fort, Hunter Point, Sydney Point and Dhoom Dam is a beautiful boating spot that is located at a distance of 21 km from the town. After sightseeing return back to the hotel. Evening free for you own activity, enjoy the stunning surroundings of this beautiful town.

Day 03: Panchgani – Pune (By Road- 101.5Kms/02hrs 17min)

After breakfast drive back to Pune. On arrival transfer to Airport/Railway station for your onward destination.
