The trip was great! Everything worked very well The travel itself was well elaborated, the hotels were very well equilibration, from the more basic ones to the luxury resorts as the Dune or the Taj Malabar in Cochin. A very special experience was the trip on the boat (Spice Coast Cruises) -> simply great!

Overview

Mist wrapped Coonoor, known for Nilgiri tea plantations, it is located at the height of about 1,850 meter above sea level. It is the second largest hill station in the Nilgiri hills after Ooty. It is one of the most beautiful hill station in the Nilgiris district in the state of Tamil Nadu. It is an ideal base for trekking expeditions into the Nilgiris. ‘Short Scape to Coonoor’ will give you the chance to explore the major attractions of this picturesque hill town such as Dolphin's nose, Sim's Park and The Botanical Garden.

Itinerary

Day 01: Bangalore – Coonoor (By Road- 289.3 kms/07hrs 06 min)

Morning, pick up from advised location and drive to Connor, via Srirangapatnam, Mysore. Upon arrival at Conoor check into your pre booked hotel. Rest day is free at leisure.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02: Coonoor

Today after breakfast, proceed for half day sightseeing tour around Coonoor including the Dolphin's nose, Sim's Park and The Botanical Garden.

Later return back to hotel for lunch. After lunch it time for relaxation and enjoy the stay at the hill resort. Overnight stay at resort.

Day 03: Coonor – Bangalore (By Road- 289.3 kms/07hrs 06 min)

Today is the last day of the tour. After breakfast check out from the resort and leave for Bangalore.
