The trip was great! Everything worked very well The travel itself was well elaborated, the hotels were very well equilibration, from the more basic ones to the luxury resorts as the Dune or the Taj Malabar in Cochin. Overview

‘Hospet Weekend Getaway’ will give you the chance to explore Hospet. It is one of the most popular and historical city located in Ballari District of Karnataka. It is situated on the bank of Tungabhadra River. Situated at about 12 Kilometres from Hampi, which is the World Heritage site consisting of the ruins of the medieval city of Vijayanagara. During the tour explore the Ruins of Hampi, it is 14th Century monuments which covers about 26 square kilometres area. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, listed as the Group of Monuments at Hampi. Apart from Hampi, you will also an opportunity to explore major tourist attraction of Hospet covering Royal Place, Lotus Mahal, Vittala temple and the Archaeological Museum. Also explore Anegundi village.

Itinerary

Day 01: Bangalore – Hospet (By Road-328.5/05hrs 54min)

Pickup from advised location in Bangalore, then drive for Hospet. On the way stop for lunch at Chitradurga. Further resume drive to Hospet. Upon arrival at Hospet, check into your pre-booked hotel. Rest day is free at leisure.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02: Hospet – Hampi- Hospet (By Road-14 kms/26 min)

Today after having breakfast, proceed to visit the ruins of Hampi. Also visit Anegundi village, here experience the true culture and traditions of Karnataka.

Later in the afternoon return to Hospet for lunch. Post lunch proceed to visit the major tourist attraction of Hospet covering Royal Place, Lotus Mahal, Vittala temple and the Archaeological Museum.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03: Hospet – Bangalore (By Road- 328.5/05hrs 54min)

Today is the last day of tour. After breakfast, drive back to Bangalore.
