Overview
‘Amazing Vidarbha’ gives you an opportunity to explore the amazing wildlife of Vidarbha. Vidarbha lies in the eastern part of Maharashtra occupying 31% of the total area of the state. Known for its oranges and cotton, major areas of this region is covered with lush green deciduous forest. The Satpura Range located to the north of Vidarbha region in Madhya Pradesh. All Maharashtra’s tiger reserves lies in Vidarbha.
During the tour you will get the chance to experience the wildlife at Pench Tiger Reserve, Nagzira Wildlife Sanctuary and
Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve, and Melghat Wild life sanctuary. Pench National Park and Tiger Reserve is spread over the area of about 257 sq. km. It is situated in Seoni and Chhindwara districts of Madhya Pradesh, which is named after Pench River which flows through the National Park. Tadoba National Park is located in Chandrapur district of Maharashtra, which is also known as also known as Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve. It is one of the largest and oldest National Park of Maharashtra.
Nagzira Wildlife Sanctuary. It is the home to around 4 amphibian species, 36 reptile species, 34 mammal species, and 166 species of birds. It receives around 30,000 visitors every year. It is one of the most beautiful sanctuary in Maharashtra. Along with the wildlife you will also explore Chikhaldara, the only hill station in the Vidarbha region. It is situated at an altitude of about 1118 meter above the sea level. It is also known as the only coffee-growing region in Maharashtra. Here you will get the chance to explore Melghat Wild life sanctuary as well.
Itinerary
Day 01: Nagpur –Chikhaldara (By Road- 231 Kilometres)
Upon arrival at Nagpur airport/ railway station, meet our representative. Then drive to Chikhaldara. One of the most popular place and the only hill station in the Vidarbha region, it is located at an altitude of about 1118 meter above the sea level.
Upon arrival check in to the Hotel / Resort. Rest day is free to explore city on your own. Explore the beautiful surroundings.
Overnight at hotel/resort.
Day 02: Chikhaldara
Today after breakfast proceed to visit the local sightseeing of Chikhaldara including Gavilgadh Fort, Bhimkund, Shakkar Lake, Panchbol Point and Hariken Point
In the evening enjoy breath-taking surrounding at the Sunset Point. After sightseeing, return back to the hotel/ resort.

Day 03: Chikhaldara
After having an early breakfast, proceed to Melghat Wild life sanctuary. It is the home of Panthers, Sloth Bears, Sambar, and
Wild Boar. In the evening return back to hotel/resort

Day 4: Chikhaldara - Pench National Park (By Road-358 Kilometres)
Today after having an early breakfast, proceed towards to Pench National Park, which will take about six and a half hour drive. Upon arrival check in to your pre booked hotel/resort. Rest day is free at leisure. In the evening you can enjoy nature walk in and around the resort. Enjoy the dinner.

Day 5: Pench National Park
An early morning enjoy the jeep safari. Here you may spot the various wild animals such as tiger, deer, elephant, gaur etc. Later, return back to the hotel for breakfast.
Post breakfast, again proceed for jeep safari. Later, return to the resort and have lunch. Rest day is free at leisure. Enjoy the delicious dinner at the resort.

Day 6: Pench National Park – Nagzira National Park (By Road-177 Kilometres)
After breakfast, drive towards to Nagzira National Park, which will take about three and a half hour drive. Upon arrival check in to your pre booked hotel/resort. Rest day is free at leisure. In the evening you are free to enjoy a nature walk in and around the resort. Have dinner and overnight stay at resort/hotel.
Day 7: Nagazira Wildlife Sanctuary
Early in the morning, enjoy the jeep safari into the Nagzira National Park. It is the home to various animals, hence the Nagazira wildlife Sanctuary is the best place to spot wildlife. Later return back to the resort for breakfast. Before lunch you are free to relax and post lunch you will have to get ready for the evening jeep safari into the park.
Return to the resort before it gets too dark. On reaching the resort, relax and have a cup of tea, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.By the evening, you will return to your resort and have dinner.

Day 8: Nagazira Wildlife Sanctuary - Tadoba National Park (By Road-159 Kilometres)
After breakfast, proceed to Tadoba National Park. Which is also known as Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve, located in Chandrapur district of Maharashtra. It is one of the largest and oldest National Park of Maharastra.
Upon reaching the park, check-in at your pre-booked hotel. Rest day is free at leisure. You can enjoy the facilities of the resort or also can take a leisure walk.

Day 9: Tadoba National Park (Closed on Tuesday)
Today after having an early breakfast, proceed for a wildlife safari inside the national park. During the safari, some of the species that you may spot such as sloth bears, tigers, jackals, panthers, nil gai, bison, sambar, hyenas and cheetal,. It is also home to around 195 avifauna and 74 butterfly species.

Day 10: Departure from Nagpur
Today is the last day of the tour. Post breakfast, complete the check-out formalities and get transferred to Nagpur airport/railway station to board a flight or a train for your onward destination.
