Overview
Located in the Malwa region, Mandu is a ruined city of western Madhya Pradesh. It is situated in the Dhar district and it was founded by Parmar rulers in the 11th century, who used it as their fort capital. It offers various historical palaces including fort, palaces baths, attractive canals and artistically crafted pavilions. Itinerary
Day 1: Bhopal - Mandu (By Road- 286.1 kms/04hrs 40min)
Early morning pick up from your advised location in Bhopal, then drive to Mandu. After reaching Mandu, check-in to the hotel. Take rest for a while, then proceed for sightseeing including Jahaz Mahal, Jami Masjid, Hindola Mahal, Baz Bahadur’s Palace, Rewa Kund etc. After sightseeing return back to the hotel.
Overnight stay at Mandu.
Day 2: Mandu-Dhar-Mandu (By Road- 36 Kilometres)
Today after having breakfast, proceed for excursion to Dhar. Visit the popular attractions of the place which include Dhar Fort and Bhojashala Mosque. Enjoy sightseeing and then head back to Mandu. Stay overnight at Mandu.
Day 3: Mandu- Bhopal (By Road- 286.1 kms/04hrs 40min)
Today is the last day of the tour. After breakfast, leave for Bhopal. Upon arrival at Bhopal you will drop at your advised location.
