Rapid Golden Triangle I had a wonderful experience in Golden Triangle Tour of North India! The trip was great! Everything worked very well The travel itself was well elaborated, the hotels were very well equilibration, from the more basic ones to the luxury resorts as the Dune or the Taj Malabar in Cochin. A very special experience was the trip on the boat (Spice Coast Cruises) -> simply great!

Overview

‘Short Escape to Lonavala’ will give you the chance to explore one of the most picturesque hill town of Maharashtra, Lonavala is located in Pune district on the foothill of Sahyadri ranges of the Western Ghats that bounded by the Deccan Plateau and the Konkan coast. Lonavala offers breath-taking view of lush green landscape and enchanting Valleys, stunning hills, beautiful waterfalls. During the tour explore the beautiful surroundings of Lonavala along with the major attractions such as Bhushi Dam, Ryewood Park and Tungarli Lake.

Itinerary

Day 1: Pune – Lonavala (By Road- 82.7 kms/01hr 31min)

Puck up from advised location in Pune, then drive to the Lonavala, it is a very popular and beautiful hill station of Maharashtra which is located between the two cities Pune and Mumbai. Upon arrival, check in to your pre booked hotel.

Rest day is free at leisure.

Overnight at Lonavala.

Day 2: Lonavala

Today after breakfast, proceed to visit Bhushi Dam is one of the most popular place to visit. There remarkable waterfall, near the dam, is also very beautiful place to visit. Visit the Ryewood Park, located to the Lonavala market, it offers the stunning view. Later visit the Tungarli Lake, an artificial reservoir in Lonavala and a major source of water supply to Lonavala city.

After sightseeing return back to the hotel. Rest day is at leisure.

Overnight at Lonavala.

Day 3: Lonavala – Pune (By Road- 82.7 kms/01hr 31min)

Today is the last day of the tour. After breakfast, drive back to Pune for your onward destination.
