Rapid Golden Triangle I had a wonderful experience in Golden Triangle Tour of North India! The trip was great! Everything worked very well The travel itself was well elaborated, the hotels were very well equilibration, from the more basic ones to the luxury resorts as the Dune or the Taj Malabar in Cochin. A very special experience was the trip on the boat (Spice Coast Cruises) -> simply great!

Overview

One of the Megacity of the world, Mumbai is the major city of India, renowned for its vibrant and colourful lifestyle, which conceded as the city that never sleeps. Mumbai is also known as the financial, commercial and entertainment capital of India. Mumbai was created by the combination of seven islands of the Konkan coastline. ‘Mumbai Weekend Getaways’ will give you the chance to explore the major attractions of Mumbai such as major historical site, Elephanta Caves, on Elephanta Island, a 6th and 7th century monument.

Itinerary

Day 1: Pune- Mumbai (By Road- 148.2/02hrs 32min)

Pick up from advised location in Pune, then drive to Mumbai. Upon arrival at Mumbai, check in to the hotel. Rest day is free at leisure. Enjoy the nightlife of the colourful city, explore the Chowpatty beach and test the mouth-watering street foods.

Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Mumbai

Today after breakfast, proceed for sightseeing in and Mumbai. Visit the Elephanta Caves, on Elephanta Island, transports you back 6th and 7th century centuries. The magnificent rock-cut carvings here are some of the most spectacular you will get to see anywhere. The other visits of the day will be the Gateway of India, Juhu Beach and some shoot locations of Bollywood. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 3: Mumbai- Pune (By Road- 148.2/02hrs 32min)

Today is the last day of the tour, after breakfast, proceed to Pune for your onward destinations.
