Rapid Golden Triangle I had a wonderful experience in Golden Triangle Tour of North India! The trip was great! Everything worked very well The travel itself was well elaborated, the hotels were very well equilibration, from the more basic ones to the luxury resorts as the Dune or the Taj Malabar in Cochin. A very special experience was the trip on the boat (Spice Coast Cruises) -> simply great!

Overview

‘Short Escape to Kasauli’ will give you the chance to explore one of the most beautiful small hill station and a cantonment town, Kasauli in Himachal Pradesh. This amazing hill town is situated on the foothill of Shivalik at an elevation of 1,900 metres above sea level. In 1842, the cantonment was established here by the British. It is still unspoiled and serene destination of Himachal Pradesh, which is the home of exotic flora and fauna. Kasauli is located almost midway between Chandigarh and Shimla, hence it is one of the most popular weekend getaway from Chandigarh and Delhi. During the tour you will explore the major attractions of this place including Monkey Point, Hanuman Temple and Sanawar Baba Balak Nath Temple etc.

Itinerary

Day 01: Chandigarh – Kasauli (By Road- 59.8 kms- 01 hrs 38hrs)

Morning drive to Kasauli from Chandigarh. Upon arrival at Kasauli, check in to your pre-booked hotel. Rest day is free at leisure. Enjoy the stunning surroundings.

Have dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02: Kasauli

Today morning after Breakfast, proceed for the sightseeing tour of Kasauli including Monkey Point, The Hanuman Temple and nearby places. In the evening visit local market.

Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

Day 03: Kasauli – Chandigarh (By Road- 59.8 kms- 01 hrs 38hrs)

Today is the last day of the tour. After having an early breakfast drive back to Chandigarh.
