Overview
Located on the foothill of Himalaya in Haridwar district, Raja Ji National Park is one of the most popular wildlife sanctuary of Uttarakhand. It covers three districts of Uttarakhand: Haridwar, Dehradun and Pauri Garhwal and spread over 820 sq km. It is named after C. Rajagopalachari, he was a prominent leader during the Freedom Struggle. The National park was established in 1983. ‘Raja Ji National Park Weekend Getaways’ will give you the chance to explore the amazing wildlife of this region. Itinerary
Day 1: Chandigarh– Rajaji National Park (By Road- 192.6 kms/04hrs 41 min)
Early in the morning, pick up from advised location in Chandigarh then drive to Rajaji National Park, on arrival check in to your pre booked hotel, free for leisure, after dinner, overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2: Rajaji National Park
After Breakfast, leave for Game drive in the Rajaji National Park, then in afternoon enjoy Jeep Safari, back to the hotel in evening, enjoy dinner with bonfire, overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3: Rajaji National Park – Chandigarh (By Road- 192.6 kms/04hrs 41 min)
Today is the last day of the tour. After having an early breakfast, then proceed to Chandigarh.
