Rapid Golden Triangle I had a wonderful experience in Golden Triangle Tour of North India! The trip was great! Everything worked very well The travel itself was well elaborated, the hotels were very well equilibration, from the more basic ones to the luxury resorts as the Dune or the Taj Malabar in Cochin. Overview

‘Lansdowne Weekend Getaways’ will give you the chance to explore Lansdowne, which is one most picturesque and serene hill station of Uttarakhand in Pauri Garhwal district, which is still spoiled. This amazing hill town is located at an elevation of about 5,686 feet from the sea level. Surrounded by the majestic hills, lush green forest of thick oak and blue pine, along with rich fauna and flora make, cool pure surroundings makes this place as a nature’s paradise. This splendid town is named after the then Viceroy of India, Lord Lansdowne who came here in 1884.It has been also the home to the Garhwal Rifles, since 1884, which is still preserved and maintained well.

Itinerary

Day 01: Chandigarh- Lansdowne (By Road- 306.5 Kms/ 06hrs 58min)

Early morning, pick up from advised location in Chandigarh, then drive to Lansdowne. Upon arrival check in to you pre booked hotel/resort. Rest of the day free at leisure. Enjoy the stunning surroundings of this amazing town.

Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02: Lansdowne

After breakfast, proceed to visit the major attractions of Lansdowne such as The Garhwal Rifles Regimental War Memorial, Regimental Museum along with that also visit some famous Churches and Hawaghar. Post lunch take you to Tip in Top (Tiffin Top), an easy trek. Later enjoy Boating in Bhulla Tal. After sightseeing return back to the hotel.

Have dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03: Lansdowne – Chandigarh (By Road- 306.5 Kms/ 06hrs 58min)

Today is the last day of the tour. After having an early breakfast drive back to Chandigarh for your onward journey.
