The trip was great! Everything worked very well The travel itself was well elaborated, the hotels were very well equilibration, from the more basic ones to the luxury resorts as the Dune or the Taj Malabar in Cochin. Overview

‘Jog Falls Weekend Getaway’ will give you the chance to explore the Sagara, which is located Shimoga district in Karnataka. The city is situated on the foothill of Western Ghats, which is renowned for India’s highest waterfall Jog Falls and to the historical places of Ikkeri and Keladi. Varadamoola. During the tour you will get the chance to explore Jog falls is the second highest plunge waterfall in India, which is created by the Sharavathi River dropping 253 meters. It is also known as Gerosoppa Falls or Joga Falls. Also visit the British Bungalow nearby the Jog Falls along with that visit Ikkeri Aghoreshwara Temple, Keladhi Temple & Museum and Kedareshvara Temple.

Itinerary

Day 01: Bangalore – Sagara (By Road- 388.6 kms/ 5hrs 55min)

Pickup from advised location at Bangalore, then proceed to Sagara. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. Rest day is free at leisure. Explore the surroundings.

Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Sagara

Today after having an early breakfast, proceed visit India’s highest waterfall, Jog Falls. Enjoy the stunning view of the falls and visit the British Bungalow nearby.

Later, visit Ikkeri Aghoreshwara Temple, Keladhi Temple & Museum and Kedareshvara Temple.

After sightseeing return back to the hotel. Rest day is free at leisure.

Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Sagara - Bangalore (By Road- 388.6 kms/ 5hrs 55min)

Today is the last day of the tour. After having the breakfast, check out from the hotel, then proceed to Bangalore airport to continue your onward journey.
