Overview
‘Haridwar and Rishikesh Pilgrimage Tour’ is well designed itinerary which gives you an opportunity to explore the two holiest places of Uttarakhand: Haridwar and Rishikesh. Uttarakhand lies many pilgrimage centers along with the various significant Hindu temples in the region, hence the state is known as Devbhumi which literally means the ‘Land of the Gods’. Haridwar is one of the ancient city of Uttarakhand which is known as one of the seven holiest places or Sapta Puri to Hindus. The literally meaning of Haridwar is gateway to the god. Rishikesh is another most significant pilgrim destination for Hindus. It is also known for the adventure sports, yoga and meditations as well. Rishikesh is located on the foothill of the Himalayas, at an average elevation of 1,745 feet from sea level. During this tour you will visit the major temples and other religious places of the Haridwar and Rishikesh. Along with that you will also get the chance to attend the evening arti of holy river Ganga at both places. Apart from this you will also explore the major attractions of Delhi as well. The duration of the tour is 04 nights and 05 days, covering the places such as Delhi, Haridwar and Rishikesh.
Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Delhi (By flight)
Upon arrival at Delhi airport, meet our representative, after welcome, proceed to your accommodation. Check into your accommodation and take rest after your long flight journey. Fresh up and our representative will show you our tour itinerary catalogue as you planned.
Overnight at New Delhi
Day 02: Old Delhi and New Delhi Sightseeing
Have your breakfast and then we will proceed for Delhi sightseeing. In the afternoon, have your lunch and then continue for the remaining sightseeing. After that return back to the hotel and relax.
Overnight at New Delhi
Day 03: Delhi – Haridwar (By road 250 km, 5-6 hrs approx)
Have your breakfast and then check out from the hotel and drive to Haridwar. It will take 6 hrs approx. On reaching Haridwar, check into the hotel and relax. Then we will proceed for Haridwar sightseeing. In the evening, attend the evening aarti at Haridwar. Then return back to the hotel.

Day 04: Haridwar - Rishikesh (By road 30 km, 1 hr approx)
Have your breakfast and then check out from the hotel and drive to Rishikesh. It will take 1 hrs approx. On reaching Haridwar, check into the hotel and relax. Then we will proceed for Rishikesh sightseeing. In the evening, attend the evening aarti at Rishikesh. Then return back to the hotel.

Day 05: Rishikesh – Delhi (By road 280 kms approx) Departure (By flight)
Have your breakfast and check out from the hotel and then drive to Delhi. It will take 6 hrs approx. On reaching Delhi, transfer to the airport to board flight for onward journey. We wish you for a safe journey.
