Uttarakhand is the place of the origin of the two most important and religious river for Hindus that is Ganga river and Yamuna river, the Yamuna is originated at Yamunotri and the Ganges at Gangotri. Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi
After arriving at the Delhi airport, meet our representative, after welcome, proceed to your hotel. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. Rest day is free at leisure. In the evening you have the option of exploring the vibrant night life of Delhi, you can roam around the popular market, were you can buy some authentic goods. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed for city tour of Delhi including the Birla Mandir, Qutab Minar, Red Fort, India Gate, the Jama Masjid, Humanyun Tomb, and President’s House. In the evening, get transferred to the railway station to board an overnight train to Mussoorie.
Day 3: Delhi – Mussoorie (By Train)
On arrival at Mussoorie railway station, get transferred to your pre booked hotel. Check-in at the hotel. Rest for a while, then walk around the Camel’s Back road for its calm and panoramic surroundings and the stunning beauty of Himalayan peaks.
In the evening return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Mussoorie Sightseeing
Post breakfast, proceed to explore the Happy Valley road. The valley is known for its Tibetan influence. It is the place where the 14th Dalai Lama took refuge back in 1959 after escaping from Tibet during the Tibetan uprising. Many Tibetan people followed him and later made it their home. The valley also has IAS Academy along with many Buddhist temples.
In the afternoon pay a visit to Gun Hill, located above 400 ft from the Mall the hill is accessible via cable car. The Gun Hill offers unique opportunity to view Doon Valley along with the snow-clad peaks of Srikantha, Bandarpunch, Pithwara and Gangotri.
After visiting happy valley, proceed for Christ Church, It is one of the oldest churches in the entire Himalayan region. The church was built in gothic architecture back in 1836 by the Britishers., Visit Kempty falls The trip to Mussoorie is incomplete without visiting Kempty Falls. Mussoorie was used as a retreat by Britishers who developed this place. Kempty Falls was first brought to map by a Brit traveller and officer in 1835 and ever since has been extremely popular. Later in the day pay a visit to the Tibetan Refugee Camp. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5: Mussoorie – Rishikesh (By Road-365 Kilometres)
Today after early breakfast, leave for Rishikesh by road. Rishikesh is known as one of the popular destination for Hindu pilgrim, adventure lovers. The city is situated in the foothill of the Himalayas, located an average elevation of 1,745 feet from sea level. Upon arrival check in to the hotel. Afternoon to be spent in the hotel room. In the evening attend the Aarti ceremony at Triveni Ghat. After attending the Aarti return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Rishikesh Sightseeing
Today early morning, proceed for boat rides on river Ganges, enjoy the soothing surroundings of the holly river for a while. After breakfast, embark to explore the major tourist attractions such as the Lakshman Jhula,Bharat Mandir, Neelkanth Mahadev Temple, Tryambakeshvar temple and the Parmarth Ashram. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7: Rishikesh - Corbett National Park (By Road-138 Kilometres)
After early breakfast, drive straight to Corbett National Park. The sanctuary is surrounded by lush green forest along with sub hill of Himalaya comprising chir, pine,sal and sheesham trees. It houses more than 600 species of birds along with varies flora. The population of the tigers are around 160, at this sanctuary, which make this place as a beautiful as one of the favourite place for ecotourism.
Upon reaching the Corbett National Park, check-in at one of our pre booked hotel. On reaching Corbett National Park check-in at resorts. Rest of the day is free, just relax in the cozy comfort for your resort room. Post lunch proceed for a jungle walk for exploring the rich flora and fauna of the National Park. Return to the resort for a dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 8: Corbett – Ranikhet (By Road-182 Kilometres)
Today after early morning breakfast, drive to Ranikhet. It is one of the most beautiful destination surrounded by the Himalaya and lush green forests which offers the breath-taking view of the pine, oak, and deodar forest along with panoramic view of Himalaya.
Upon arrival in Ranikhet, check-in at your pre booked hotel. After freshen up, proceed to visit the major tourist attractions of Ranikhet include Haidakhan temple, Jhula Devi temple and Mankameshwar temple and 9-hole Golf Course, the second largest golf course of India. Later return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 9: Ranikhet Sightseeing
Post breakfast, proceed to explore the nearby areas of Ranikhet. Visit Dwarahat, It is one of the most popular historical village in the town. In 16th century, it is located at the distance of 38 kilometers from the town of Ranikhet. Visit the Shakti temple and the Naithna Devi Temple.Also visit the small town of Kalika which is famous amongst the visitors to the Kalika temple, later visit Sheetalkhet, full of fruit orchards situated between Almora and Ranikhet. After the visit return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 10: Ranikhet – Binsar Sightseeing (By Road-58 Kilometres)
After breakfast, proceed to Binsar. It is located at the distance of about 35 kilometers away from Almora, on the foot hill of Jhandi Dhar hills, Himalayan range. It is spread over 45.59 kilometers and situated at an average height of 2412 meters, highest point being ‘Zero Point’ that offers some great views of the nearby peaks such as Nanda Devi, Trisul, Shivling and Kedarnath peak.
On arrival at Binsar, check-in at one of our listed hotels of Binsar. After relaxing for a while move out for a guided tour of Binsar. The major tourist attractions of Binsar include Bineshwar temple, Zero Point and the Golu Devata temple. Evening is free at leisure, just explore the beauty surrounding which is amazing. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 11: Binsar - Ramgarh Sightseeing (By Road-72 Kilometres)
Post breakfast, leave for Ramgarh- the place rich in orchards which is also known as the “Fruit Bowl of Kumaon”. Upon arrival in Ramgarh, check-in at the hotel. Rest day is free at leisure, in the evening step out to explore Ramgarh for its soothing environment and a panoromic view of Himalayas. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 12: Ramgarh – Nainital Sightseeing (By Road-34 Kilometres)
After early breakfast, proceed to Nainital by road. On arrival at Nainital, Nainital is one of the most famous tourist destination in Uttrakhand. This beautiful place is situated on the foothill of the outer Himalayas at the hight of 2,084 metres. Nainital surrounded by mountains. The city containing a pear-shaped beautiful lake, hence it is also known as Lake District. The most significant lake is Naini Lake, surrounded by lush green hills.
On arrival in Nainital check-in at the hotel. Rest and relax for a while in your hotel room. Later in the day embark on a sightseeing tour of Nainital.
The major tourist attractions include the Khurpatal Lake, Waterfalls, Hanuman Mandir, and Observatory etc. Also enjoy the cable car ride to Tiffin Top and boat ride in Naini Lake. In the evening enjoy shopping at Mall Road. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 13: Nainital – Delhi (By Road-300 Kilometres)
Today after breakfast, drive to Delhi. On a reaching Delhi, check-in at hotel. Rest day is free at leisure .Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 14: Delhi - Agra – Delhi (By Road-210 Kilometres)
Early in the morning get transferred to railway station to board a train to Agra. Upon reaching Agra visit the major tourist attractions like the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Itimad-ud-Daulah Tomb, Sikandara and Fatehpur Sikri. In the evening board a train back to Delhi.
