Overview
‘Beas Kund Trekking Tour’ is well designed itinerary which gives you chance to get an amazing trekking experience to Beas Kund. It is one of the most popular and spectacular short trek in Himachal Pradesh, recommended for both beginners as well as experienced. Beas Kund is a small glacial lake, originated by the melting snow of the higher peaks of the region also said that it is the source of River Beas. Located at the upper valley of Solang. The trekking starts from Solang Velly then trail goes via Dhundi and Bakarthach to enter the Beas Kund glacier. While trekking, you will get the chance to view the glorious snow-capped mountain peaks, glaciers and lush green meadows. Here you will get the Glimpse of stunning peak of Hanman Tibba (5990m). Apart from trekking you will also get the chance to explore the major attractions of Shimla and Manali along with Kufri and Rohtang Pass as well.
Itinerary
Day 01: Delhi - Shimla (By Road-360 Kilometres)
Arrive at Delhi you meet and greet by our representative. After welcome, Proceed to Shimla, by road. Shimla - the land of pine scented hills, beautiful peaks, crisp winter skies, fragrant cedar forests, romantic mists and golden hillsides. On arrival check into your hotel. Evening is free at your own, explore the nearby places on your own such as visiting the Mall, the Ridge and so on.

Day 02: Shimla - Kufri – Shimla (By Road-18 Kilometres)
This morning after breakfast you will be driven to Kufri Valley. Kufri is a small hill town, it commands a panoramic view of the majestic Himalayas. It is a perfect holiday retreat where you can enjoy horse and yak riding. Adventure enthusiasts can trek up to Mahasu Peak. During the winter season, the place becomes all the more charming and turns into a place of winter adventure sports such as skiing.
In the afternoon you both are taken to visit some of the best city attractions such as Indian Institute of Advanced Studies, Jakhu Temple and the Sankat Mochan Temple. In the evening is free at leisure or you can enjoy shopping at The Mall and The Ridge and return to the hotel.

Day 03: Shimla – Manali (By Road-242 kilometres)
Today after having an early breakfast, proceed to Manali. Located at an altitude of 2,050 meter in the Beas River Valley, near the northern end of the Kullu Valley, Manali is one of the most popular hill stations in India and is known for its snow clad mountains and impenetrable pinewood forest. On arrival check into your hotel and spend rest of the day at leisure.

Day 04: Manali – Solang (By Road-12 kilometres) – Dhundi (2840 m - 8 kilometres level walk) –Bakerthach (6 to 7 Hours Trekking)
Today after having an early breakfast, drive to Solang , which is located at the distance of 12 kilometres. Solang is the starting point of the trekking. It offers the stunning view of snow clad mountains. Explore the surroundings. From here you level walks for 8 kilometres on the right bank of River Beas Dhundhi. While walking, enjoy the beautiful surroundings including forest of fir and oak along with that you will also enjoy the panoramic view of Indrasan peak (6220 mtrs) and Deo Tibba. Once you reach Dhundi, then trek to Bakerthach through a small bridge.
Overnight at Camp at Bakerthach.
Day 05: Bakerthach - Beas Kund - Bakerthach (3690 m - 6-7 hours trekking)
After having an early breakfast, then start trek to Beas Kund, following the banks of Beas River expect great views of Pir Pinjal ranges. Beas Kund is a small glacial lake, originated by the melting snow of the higher peaks of the region also said that it is the source of River Beas. Here enjoy the stunning surroundings of the lake.
After exploring the back to Beas Kund. Return back to Bakerthach camp in the late evening.
Overnight stay at Bakerthach camp.
Day 06: Bakerthach - Dhundi - Solang (6 to 7 Hours Trekking)–Manali (By Road-12 kilometres)
Today after having an early breakfast, trek gradually back to Solang via Dhundhi. We spent few hours to explore the adventure activities at Solang. After adventure activities, then drive back to Manali.
On arrival check into your hotel and spend rest of the day at leisure.

Day 07: Manali
Today after breakfast, proceed for half day sightseeing, the highlight of the sightseeing is Hadimba Devi Temple and the Tibetan Monastery before proceeding to Vashisht village, just outside Manali, across the river Beas, known for its hot Sulphur springs whose water is said to have curative properties and Manu temple. Evening is free at leisure or explore the nearby places at your own. Overnight in Manali.
Day 08: Manali - Rohtang Pass – Manali (By Road-52 Kilometres)
After having an early breakfast, then proceed to explore Rohtang Pass, Kothi Gorge, Marhi and Gulaba. You will love playing with snow at the very snowy Rohtang Pass. This is the favourite tourist spot. Return back to the hotel in the evening.

Day 09: Manali – Chandigarh (By Road-320 Kilometres)
After breakfast, drive to Chandigarh, which is about 320 kilometers away from Manali. It is the beautiful capital of Punjab and Haryana, is on the edge of the Shivalik Hills, the outermost edge of the Himalayas. On arrival check in at the hotel. Rest day is free at leisure.
In the evening you may visit Sukhna Lake, where you can enjoy the boating and the famous Rock Garden. After sightseeing you will be transferred to the hotel for the dinner. Overnight at Chandigarh.
Day 10: Chandigarh - Delhi (By Road-261 Kilometres)
