Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Delhi
In the morning after reaching Delhi airport, meet our representative, after welcome transferred to your pre-booked hotel. Check-in at the hotel. Rest day is free at leisure. In the evening, you can explore the vibrant nightlife of Delhi. Later return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Delhi – Almora (By Road-361 Kilometers)
After breakfast, proceed for Almora by road. On reaching Almora, Almora is one of the most famous hill station of Uttarakhand, it is also known as Cultural Heart of Kumaon region. The town is located at the height of 1,861 metres away from sea and lies on the ridge of Kumaon Hills. The town is surrounded impenetrable of fir and pine trees along with the snow-capped Himalayas, which gives a panoramic view of the city.
Upon arrival in Almora, check in at the hotel. Just relax for a while then embark on a sightseeing tour of Almora including Bright End Corner, Chitai Temple and Kasar Devi temple. In the evening enjoy shopping at the Lal Bazaar. The place is well known for Rabbit wool cloths which are made out of the wool of a special breed of Rabbit. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 3: Almora
Post breakfast, proceed to explore the beautiful Katarmal Sun Temple. The Temple is situated at the distance of 16 kilometers away from the Almora town. The temple is known as second most impotent temple in India which is devoted to Sun God. It was built in 9th century Ad by Medieval Katyuri King. It is known for unique architecture and various carvings on walls and its ceilings.
In the evening, explore the Deer Park, rich in natural beauty, it is surrounded by lush greenery with clusters of pine trees making it a suitable habitat for various species of wildlife. After the visit return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Almora - Binsar (By Road-33 Kilometers)
After breakfast, proceed to Binsar. It is located at the distance of about 35 kilometers away from Almora, on the foot hill of Jhandi Dhar hills, Himalayan range. It is spread over 45.59 kilometers and situated at an average height of 2412 meters, highest point being ‘Zero Point’ that offers some great views of the nearby peaks such as Nanda Devi, Trisul, Shivling and Kedarnath peak.
On arrival at Binsar, check-in at one of our listed hotels of Binsar. After relaxing for a while move out for a guided tour of Binsar. The major tourist attractions of Binsar include Bineshwar temple, Zero Point and the Golu Devata temple. Evening is free at leisure, just explore the beauty surrounding which is amazing. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5: Binsar- Bageshwar (By Road-61 Kilometers)
After breakfast, drive to Bageshwar located at a distance of 90 Kilometers from Almora at the confluence of Saryu and Gomti Rivers, the town is renowned for its ancient temples. Upon reaching Bageshwar, check in at your pre- booked hotel.
After freshen up, proceed to visit Bagnath temple, the temple is devoted to Lord Shiva, situated in the heart of the city and a lot of devotees visit the temple during the occasion of Mahashivratri. The other temples to visit Bhairav Temple, Durga Temple, Dattatrey Maharaj, Hanuman Temple, Ganga Mai Temple and the Kalikka Temple. After the temple tour return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Bageshwar - Ranikhet (By Road-98 Kilometers)
Today after early morning breakfast, drive to Ranikhet. It is one of the most beautiful destination surrounded by the Himalaya and lush green forests which offers the breath-taking view of the pine, oak, and deodar forest along with panoramic view of Himalaya.
Upon arrival in Ranikhet, check-in at your pre booked hotel. After freshen up, proceed to visit the major tourist attractions of Ranikhet include Haidakhan temple, Jhula Devi temple and Mankameshwar temple and 9-hole Golf Course, the second largest golf course of India. Later return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7: Ranikhet
Post breakfast, proceed to explore the nearby areas of Ranikhet. Visit Dwarahat, It is one of the most popular historical village in the town. In 16th century, it is located at the distance of 38 kilometers from the town of Ranikhet. Visit the Shakti temple and the Naithna Devi Temple. Also visit the small town of Kalika which is famous amongst the visitors to the Kalika temple, later visit Sheetalkhet, full of fruit orchards situated between Almora and Ranikhet. After the visit return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8: Ranikhet – Kausani (By Road-61 Kilometers)
Post breakfast leave for Kausani, located to the northwest of Almora known as the Switzerland of India. Kausani is a scenic splendor having less 300 inhabitants.
The cool and pleasant atmosphere, the place is surrounded by lush greenery and snowcapped mountains. On reaching Kausani, check-in at your pre booked hotel. Rest for a while, later proceed to a sightseeing tour of Kausani, the major attraction of the place include a visit to Kasauni Tea Estate, Sumitranandan Pant Gallery, Anashakti Ashram, Lakshmi Ashram, Rudradhari Falls and Caves. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 9: Kausani
After breakfast, proceed for a half day sightseeing of Kausani. It is a peaceful place with a great view of the Himalayas. Visit the Kot Brahmari temple, located at the top of a mount enclosed by a fort. The unique feature of this temple is that the main deity, Goddess Bhramari is facing north and devotees offer prayers from the south direction of the temple. After visiting the temple, return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 10: Kausani - Delhi (By Road-415 Kilometers)
In the morning after breakfast, drive to Delhi. Upon arrival, proceed to the hotel. Check in at the hotel. Rest day is free at leisure. Enjoying a sumptuous dinner .Overnight at your pre booked hotel.
Day 11: Delhi (Departure)
