Overview
‘Exotic Noth East Honeymoon Tour’ is well designed itinerary, which gives you the chance to explore exotic wildlife of North East along with significant culture and tradition of this region. It is most untouched region of India, which is the home of various tribes and still they follow their own culture, tradition, lifestyle and language. During this tour you will get the chance to explore Nameri National Park, it is the home to the Sambhar, white winged duck, Hog Deer, Elephants and Barking Deer. You will also get an opportunity to explore the Kaziranga National Park, which is one of the most popular national park in Assam, located in in the Golaghat and Nagaon districts of the state of Assam. A UNESCO World Heritage site is famed for being the last undisturbed habitat of great one-horned rhinoceroses. Apart from this you will also get an opportunity to explore the major attractions of Guwahati as well. Guwahati is the biggest city in north east defined by the breath-taking river Brahmaputra, which flows here. The city sprawls along the curve of the river. Home to the world’s largest tea auction centre, and more importantly is the gateway to the whole of the north-eastern region of India. The duration of the tour is 05 nights and 06 days.
Itinerary
Day 1: Guwahati
Upon arrival at Guwahati, meet our representative and proceed to the hotel. Guwahati, the biggest city in north east defined by the breath-taking river Brahmaputra, which flows here. The city sprawls along the curve of the river. Home to the world’s largest tea auction centre, and more importantly is the gateway to the whole of the north-eastern region of India.
On arrival, check in to the hotel. Rest day is free at leisure or you can explore the spectacular surroundings and so some shopping at the nearby markets. Overnight stay at Guwahati.
Day 2: Guwahati-Nameri National park(By Road-216 Kilometres)
After breakfast, proceed to visit kamakhya temple. After take blessing from holy shrine proceed to Nameri National Park, which is located at the distance of 216 Kilometres from Guwahati.
Upon arrival at Nameri National Park, check in to the camp/ lodge. Rest day is free at leisure. In the evening enjoy renowned traditional Assamese dance. Overnight in Camp/ lodge.
Day 3: Nameri National Park–Kaziranga National Park(By Road-90 Kilometres)
After breakfast, drive to Kaziranga National Park, which is located at the distance of about 216 kilometres away from Guwahati. It is the home of the greater one-horned rhinoceros.
Upon arrival at Kaziranga. Check in at your pre booked hotel/Lodge/resort. Rest day is free for leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04: Kaziranga National Park
Today early morning, proceed to explore the Eastern zone of Kaziranga National Park Enjoy the national park to seating on back of elephant. Apart from the Rhino, it is also the home of some other species such as swamp deer, wild buffalo, hog deer and elephants. There are a number of water bodies inside the Park.
After visit, return to the resort for breakfast. Afternoon, proceed for jeep safari through the Central Zone of the National Park. Evening come back to the hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05: Kaziranga National Park – Guwahati (By Road-100 Kilometres)
Post breakfast, drive to Guwahati. Which is located at the distance of about 100 kilometres from Shillong. Upon arrival at Guwahati. Check in at hotel. Evening visit 'Kalakshetra', it is the unique place where, you can understand the Assamese history and culture, which presents through Light and sound show. Return to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 06: Guwahati (Departure)
