Overview

Itinerary
Day 1: Pondicherry
Upon arrival in Pondicherry, meet our representative, after welcome, proceed to the hotel.Puducherry (previously called Pondicherry) charms tourists with its three lined avenues, painted colonial buildings and sea breeze. In 1974, the French built a base here.
Check in at the hotel. After freshen up, proceed to visit the famous Aurbindo Ashram and Museum. Stay overnight at the hotel in Pondicherry.
Day 2: Pondicherry-Thanjavur (By Road167 Kilometres)
Today after having an early breakfast, drive to Chidambaram, the site of the Nataraja Temple. Further, proceed to Tanjore. It is the popular city of Tamil Nadu and an important centre of South Indian Art, culture and religion. It is the home of Tanjore paintings. Apart from this Great Living Chola Temples is one of the most popular temple of the region which come under UNESCO World Heritage Monuments.
On reaching Tanjore, check-in to your pre booked hotel. After freshen up, proceed for a guided city tour of Tanjore including major tourist destinations such as the Vijayanagar Fort, Shiva Ganga Garden, Aalangudi temple, Brahadeshwara temple and the Chandra Bagawan Temple.
In the evening return to the hotel for overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3: Thanjavur- Trichy (By Road-58 Kilometres)
Post breakfast in the morning, leave by road for Trichy. It is also known as Tiruchirappalli. It is one of the major city of Tamil Nadu. Upon arrival check in to the hotel. After freshen up, proceed to visit the major attractions of Trichy include Rock Fort Temple, Jambukeshwara Temple and Srirangam Temple.
Stay overnight in Trichy.
Day 4: Trichy – Madurai (By Road-135 Kilometres)
Post breakfast, drive to Madurai – Madurai is one of the oldest city of India, which is the third largest city of Tamil Nadu. The city is popular for its vibrant culture, tradition and rich history.The city has various historical monuments and temples, among them Meenakshi Amman Temple and Tirumalai Nayak Palace are most popular.
Check in at your pre booked hotel. After freshen up proceed to visit some temples of the city such as Mariamman Teppakulam temple, Meenakshi Temple and the Palace of Tirumalai Nayak. In the evening attend the prayer ceremony at the Meenakshi temple.
Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5: Madurai-Rameswaram - Madurai (By Road-170 Kilometres)
Today after having an early morning breakfast, proceed for the excursion to Rameswaram. It is an important Hindu pilgrimage centre and an integral part of Ramayana legend.
Visit to Sri Ramanathaswamy temple. It is the centre of Ramaeswaram as it has been since ancient times. The shivalinga in this temple is believed to have been consecrated and worshipped by Lord Rama on his return from Lanka. Post Darshan, visit the famous Hanuman temple.
After Darshan, return back to the hotel in Madurai for overnight stay.
Day 6: Madurai – Trivandrum (By Road-301 Kilometres)
After breakfast, proceed Trivandrum by road. Thiruvananthapuram or Trivandrum is the capital city of the state of Kerala. It is one of the fifth largest city of the state of Kerala.The city is located on the foothill of Western Ghats and surrounded by the sea shore of the Arabian Sea. Thiruvananthapuram is the most visited tourist destination of Kerala.
Check in to the hotel at the time of arrival. After freshen up, proceed for the sightseeing of Trivandrum which includes places like Science and Technology Museum, Veli Tourist village, Shangmugham Beach, Museum Complex, Padmanabha Swamy Temple and Aakulam boat club.
Spend the night in the hotel at Trivandrum.
Day 7: Trivandrum - Kanyakumari – Trivandrum (By Road-91 Kilometres)
Post early morning breakfast, proceed for excursion to Kanyakumari. It is the southernmost tip of mainland India and is the meeting point of three seas surroundings: Indian Ocean, the Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal. Named after the goddess Parvati, Kanyakumari is one of her incarnations as Devi Kanya, who did a severe penance to obtain Lord Shiva as her companion.
You will visit to Sri Kumariamman temple. Post Darshan, visit the Vivekananda Rock Memorial and Tiruvalluvar statue.
Further enjoy boat ride around this beautiful spot.
In the evening, return back to the hotel.
Day 8: Trivandrum Departure
