Overview
‘Historical Tour of Mysore’ is well designed itinerary, which will give you the change to explore the major tourist places of Karnataka. Karnataka which is the land of history culture and tradition along with natural beauty of the beaches and mist covered hilly heights. It is one of the most historical sate of India, it was the home of some of India's largest and most powerful dynasties, the state has across the centuries. The duration of the tour is 04 nights and 05 days covering Mysore, Hassan and Bangalore.
Itinerary
Day 1: Bangalore – Mysore (By Road-145 Kilometres)
Upon arriving at the Bangalore Airport, meet our representative, after welcome, drive straight to Mysore. It is second largest city and one of the most historical city of Karnataka, located at the base of the Chamundi Hills. En-route visit Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace which is famous for its Indo- Islamic architecture and later drive to Mysore.
Once reach Mysore, check-in to your pre-booked hotel.
Have dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Mysore Sightseeing
Tourist attractions:- Explore Maharaja Palace (Mysore Palace or the Amba Vilas Palace) , visit the Nandi or Bull temple at the Chamundi Hills,St. Philomena's Church and Mysore Zoo
Today after breakfast, proceed to explore the Maharaja Palace, also known as Mysore Palace or the Amba Vilas Palace - official residence of Wodeyars, the royal family of Mysore. Afterwards, visit the Nandi or Bull temple at the Chamundi Hills- a temple dedicated to Nandi (Bull), the vehicle of Lord Shiva. The next visit is to St. Philomena's Church – one of the oldest churches in India. Back to Mysore for visiting the Mysore Zoo.

Day 3: Mysore –Belur (By Road-156 Kilometres) –Halebid (By Road-17 Kilometres)-Hassan (By Road-35 Kilometres)
Today morning after having breakfast, drive towards Hassan, it is one of the most popular for its temples. En-route enjoy the stunning attractions of Belur and Halebid, explore the world heritage site along with the various temples constructed during the 12th century.
On arrival at Hassan, check into the hotel. Rest day is free at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 4: Hassan-Shravanabelagola (By Road-52 Kilometres)-Bangalore (By Road-144 Kilometres)
After breakfast, proceed to Shravanabelagola. It is one of the most popular pilgrim of Jainism. Jainism belonged to this place about 2000 years back.
It is also known as Silicon Valley of India, Bangalore is the capital of Karnataka state.Once you reach Bangalore check-in to your pre-booked hotel. After freshen up, proceed for the city tour of Banglore. You will explore the major tourist attractions such as Vidhan Sabha, a government edifice built in Neo Dravidian style; Lal Bagh Botanical Garden, Tipu’s Palace, belonging to the popular ruler, Tipu Sultan, this palace reflects Mughal architecture and Bangalore Palace, built in Tudor style.

Day 5: Bangalore - Departure
