Rapid Golden Triangle I had a wonderful experience in Golden Triangle Tour of North India! The trip was great! Everything worked very well The travel itself was well elaborated, the hotels were very well equilibration, from the more basic ones to the luxury resorts as the Dune or the Taj Malabar in Cochin. A very special experience was the trip on the boat (Spice Coast Cruises) -> simply great!

Overview

‘Explore Gir National Park’ is well designed itinerary, which gives you the chance to explore The Gir Forest National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary. It is one of the most popular wildlife Sanctuary of India, located about 43 km from Somnath in Gujrat.This protected area is the sole home of Asiatic lions, which is one of the most important sanctuary in the Asia, due to the supported species of this protected area. Gir National Park having vast and diverse Flora and Fauna. Apart from this you will also get an opportunity to Explore Little Rann of Kutch, enjoy sunset and bird watching at Bajana Lake also the bird watching at Nalsarovar Bird Sanctuary. The duration of the tour is 06 nights and 07 days, covering the places such as Ahmedabad, Dasada, Gir National Park and Sayla.

Itinerary

Day 1: Ahmedabad - Dasada (By Road-90 Kilometres)

Upon arrival in Ahmedabad, drive to Dasada. On reaching at Dasada, check in to the hotel. Rest day is free at leisure. In the evening enjoy the safari into the Little Rann of Kutch. This wildlife sanctuary and desert is renowned for as a home of Asiatic wild ass. Here enjoy the stunning sunset and bird watching at Bajana Lake. After sightseeing, return back to the hotel.
Overnight stay at Dasada.

Day 2: Dasada - Gir National Park (By Road-325 Kilometres)

Today after having an early morning enjoy the wildlife safari into the Little Rann. After that resume drive to Gir National Park. Upon arrival, check-in at a forest lodge and have dinner.
Overnight stay at resort.

Day 3: Gir National Park

Early morning, proceed to explore the wildlife safari into the Gir National Park, after safari, return to the hotel and have breakfast. After breakfast, continue the wildlife safari. Enjoy the dinner at hotel.
Overnight stay in the lodge.

Day 4: Gir National Park

Today enjoy the safaris in the morning and evening. Enjoy the vast and exotic flora and fauna. You can also visit Devaliya, a special area for lions. Also enjoy the nature walk or bird watching here.
Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 6: Gir National Park-Sayla (By Road-230 Kilometres)

After breakfast, proceed to Sayla. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Rest day is free at leisure. Have dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 7: Sayla - Ahmedabad

Enjoy early morning visit to Nalsarovar Bird Sanctuary for bird watching. It is having a huge lake and ambient marshes,Mainly inhabited by migratory birds in winter and spring.Drive back to Ahmedabad airport to catch a flight for your onward destination.
