Overview
‘Kerala Food Tour’ is well designed itinerary whichwill give you the chance to explore thecolonial charm of Cochin along with that you will also explore the Periyar National Park’, surrounded with dense forest and grass lands. Itinerary
Day 1: Cochin (Arrival)
Upon arrival in Cochin, get an assisted transfer to the hotel. Cochin is one of the most important city of Kerala. Upon arrival check in to the hotel. Post lunch, enjoy the boat ride. Later, proceed to visit some major attractions of Cochin such as the oldest Synagogue, Chinese fishing nets, St Francis Church and Mattancherry Palace. Stay overnight at the city hotel.
Day 2: Cochin
Todayafter breakfast, proceed for the famous fish and spice market of Cochin. Later in the afternoon attend the culinary class by an expert chef who will introduce Kerala style of cooking.

Day 3: Cochin – Periyar (By Road-151 Kilometres)
Today after breakfast, proceed to Periyar by road. Upon arrival at Periyar. Check in at the hotel. After freshen up, proceed to explore tea, spice and rubber estates. Later in the afternoon enjoy boat safari on the Periyar Lake. Later in the evening enjoy the cooking class and learn Indian dishes when cooked with traditional Kerala spices.

Day 4: Periyar
Today after breakfast, explore the Spice Village. Later enjoy the cooking class, where you learn the cooking using fresh indigenous spices. You may also try your hand on some of the traditional dishes.

Day 5: Periyar – Kumarakom (By Road-116 Kilometres)
After breakfast, leave for Kumarakom. It is renowned bird sanctuary. It is the home of various exotic and migratory bird species. On arrival check-in at the hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure.

Day 6: Kumarakom
After breakfast, enjoy a boat ride to the local farms. Later, attend the cooking demonstration to learn to Kerala seafood. Rest day is free at leisure.

Day 7: Kumarakom – Mararikulam (By Road-28 Kilometres)
Today breakfast, proceed for Puthenangadi by boat. Upon arrival check in to the resort. After freshen up, explore beautiful Mararikulam beach, upon arrival. Here enjoy the beach activities and get the relaxing.the night, halt in the hotel at Mararikulam.
Day 8: Mararikulam – Cochin (By Road-43 Kilometres)
Today is the last day of the tour. After having an early breakfast, proceed to Cochin. After reaching Cochin board a flight for your onward journey.
