Rapid Golden Triangle I had a wonderful experience in Golden Triangle Tour of North India! The trip was great! Everything worked very well The travel itself was well elaborated, the hotels were very well equilibration, from the more basic ones to the luxury resorts as the Dune or the Taj Malabar in Cochin. A very special experience was the trip on the boat (Spice Coast Cruises) -> simply great!

Overview

‘Rustic Tours of Tripura’ is well designed itinerary which give you the chance to explore the real culture and tradition of Tripura, while exploring the various places of this region. Tripura is one of the Northeastern seven sister states of India, surrounded by the state of Mizoram and Assam. Tripura is a home of 19 tribes with the unique culture and traditions. This beautiful region is an eco-friendly and pollution-free. During this tour you will get the chance to explore the major attractions of the region. The duration of the tour is 05 nights and 06 days, covering the places such as Delhi, Agartala, Jampui Hills, Neermahal, Matabari and Dumborr.

Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi – Agartala (By Flight)

Upon arrival in Delhi airport, board a flight to Agartala. On arrival at Agartala airport, meet our representative and get an assisted transfer to the hotel. Check in to your pre booked hotel. Rest day is free at leisure, roam around the places and interact to local people and understand the cure and tradition of the place. You may visit the local market.
Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Agartala - Jampui Hills (By Road-206 Kilometres)

After breakfast, leave for jampui hills by road. Located in the north eastern part of Tripura , there are 10 small villages in this region and most of the habitants are the Mizo community. On arrival at Jamui Hills, check in to the hotel. After freshen up, proceed to visit hot springs and enjoy the stunning view of the region.
Overnight stay in jampui hills.

Day 3: Jampui Hills – Agartala (By Road-206 Kilometres)

Today after having an early breakfast, drive back to Agartala, upon arrival, check in to the hotel. Post lunch, visit the excavation sight of LakeKamlasagar. Visit Kall temple, built during the 16th century.
Overnight stay in Agartala.

Day 4: Agartala - Neermahal(By Road-57 Kilometres)–Matabari (By Road-34 Kilometres) – Agartala (By Road-61 Kilometres)

After having an early breakfast, drive toNeermahal. It is the only water palace in East India, this former royal palace built by King Bir Bikram Kishore Debbarmannear LakePudrasagar. After visiting this palace, proceed to Matabari, it is a popular tourist attraction, which is renowned for Tripura Sundari Temple. Have Darshan at the ancient temple of Tripurasundari.
After visiting the temple, return back to the hotel in Agartala.
Overnight stay in Agartala.

Day 5: Agartala – Dumboor - Agartala (By Road-120 Kilometres)

Post breakfast, proceed to Dumboorlake. Enjoy spectacular view of the hills from the group of 48 islands. Here enjoy bird watching and boat ride. Apart from this you may also roam around the places. Return back to Agartala after sightseeing.
Overnight at Agartala.

Day 6: Agartala – Delhi (By flight)

Today is the last day of the tour. After breakfast, get transferred to the airport to catch a flight to Delhi.
