Badrinath and Kedarnath, both are one of the most important pilgrimage destinations in Urakhand , which is the part of the Chota Char Dham.
Badrinath is located at the heights of 10,170 feet, lies between the Nar and Narayana mountains on the banks of Alaknanda River. As per Hindi mythology, Badrinath is associated with Nara-Narayana as Vishnu's dual form. The town gets the name from the Holy temple of Badrinath.
Kedarnath located at the height of 3,583 meter above from sea level on the foothill of Himalaya on the Banks of Mandakini River, near Chorabari Glacier. Kedarnath is surrounded by Stunning snow caped mountains. Snow-fed mountains, rhododendron forests, and salubrious environment make the place truly enchanting.

The tour starts from Haridwar, will cover Joshimath, Badrinath, Gaurikund, Kedarnath and Sonprayag. The duration of the package is 05 nights and 06 days.
Itinerary
Day 1: Haridwar to Joshimath(By Road-280kms)
Early morning, drive to from Haridwar to Joshimath via Devprayag. En- route, visit Karanprayag and Nandprayag and head straight to Joshimath via Piplakoti and Chamoli. Joshimath is the seat of Adi Snkaracharya. It is the home to the Narsingh ang Garuda temples. It is located at the height of 1890 meters above sea level. It is the gateway of various Himalayan peaks, trekking trails, pilgrim centers and camping. Arrive in Joshimath by late afternoon followed by a visit to the Narsimha temple or a visit to Auli via lift chair car. Stay overnight at Joshimath.
Day 2: Joshimath to Badrinath(By Road-45kms)
After early breakfast, proceed to Badrinath. It is most important of all the Char Dham in India. Badrinath is located at the heights of 10,170 feet, lies between the Nar and Narayana mountains on the banks of Alaknanda River. Upon arrival in Badrinath check in to the hotel. After freshen up, proceed for excursion to Hemkund Sahib or valley of flower. Rest day is free at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3: Badrinath to Gaurikund(By Road-210kms)
Today proceed for early morning Darshan at Badrinath Temple, it is main temple of the town, devoted to lord Vishnu. It is situated at the height of 3,133 meter above from the sea level on the banks of river Alaknanda. Badrinath temple was constructed in 9th Century by Adi Guru Shankaracharya. After darshan , drive to Gaurikund via Chamoli-Nandprayag-Gauchar. En-route take a halt at Rudraprayag, it is popular for the confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini River.
On arrival at Gaurikund, check in at hotel.In the evening, you explore the spectacular surroundings. Stay overnight at Gaurikund.
Day 4: Gaurikund To Kedarnath(By Road-10kms)
Early morning, take a holly bath at the Garurkund, which is a hot spring, have breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, proceed for trekking to Kedarnath. Upon arrival, leave for 14 kilometer trek to Kedarnathji temple via pony. Arrive at Kedarnath by afternoon. Thereafter, take a rest for a while at bungalow, visit to Kedarnathji temple for Aarti and Darshan. It is one of the holiest temple for Hindus, which is one of the twelve jyotirlinga. The temple is devoted to lord Shiva. The temple is located at the height of 11,755 feet on the banks of Mandakini River,a tributary of Ganga. Stay overnight at Kedarnath.
Day 5: Kedarnath to Gaurikund - Sonprayag
Today after breakfast, trek down to Gaurikund from Kedarnathji, upon arrival at Gaurikund, drive towards Sonprayag. On arrival at Sonprayag, check in to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 6: Sonprayag to Haridwar(By Road-235kms)
