Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Delhi
On arrival at the Delhi airport or railway station, meet our representative, after welcome, get an assisted transfer to your hotel. Check in at the hotel. Rest day is free at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2: Delhi
After breakfast, proceed to the city tour of Delhi, visit the main attractions of Old and New Delhi including Laxmi Narayan Temple, India Gate, Parliament House. Post lunch, visit Jama Masjid, Red Fort and Gandhi memorial. In the evening, attend a light and sound show. Return to the hotel at late night. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3: Delhi-Mandawa (By Road-273 kms)Sightseeing
Today have your breakfast at early morning and proceed to Mandawa by road.
Mandawa is known for its havelies and forts. Mandava came into being in 1756, when Nawal Singh built the fort. But it became a full-fledged town only after Nawal Singh’s two grandsons decided to make it their home at the close of 18th century. It was the also known as largest business hub of Shekhawati region such as Nawalgarh during the period of Nawal Singh, thus it luring many merchants to set up their shop at Mandawa as well and also they had contributed the setup of this town with great architecture.
After arrival, check-in at your hotel. Relax for a while. Post lunch, explore the town of Mandawa. Visit the popular painted Haveli's and frescoes of the 18th century. Stay overnight at Mandawa.
Day 4: Mandawa-Bikaner (By Road-189 kms)
After breakfast, drive towards Bikaner. Bikaner is a most vibrant desert town with tremendous forts, utterly sculptured temples of red and yellow sand stones display some of the finest creations of Rajput civilization. It is the most beautiful yet very quiet destination of Rajasthan.
Once you arrive in Bikaner, check into your hotel. After freshen up, proceed for sightseeing that will include Junagadh fort, which is popular for its gigantic structure and compositional plans, Junagarh fort is spread over a sprawling area that is bounded by 986 meters long wall and the Jain temples, it was built in 15th century and devoted to the 5th Tirthankara of the Jains, Shri Sumatinath Ji. It is made by the sandstone and white marble. It is another popular tourist attraction along with one of the holy place for Jains.
Day 5: Bikaner-Jaisalmer (By Road-330 kms)
Breakfast is at hotel, after breakfast, rest day is free at leisure, you can explore the local market to shop as the place is famous for Rajasthani mirror work, rugs, antiques, embroidery and old stonework. You can find these items trolling through the narrow lanes of its markets, which still retain a medieval charm.
In the afternoon, begin your journey towards Jaisalmer, ‘The Golden city’, Jaisalmer is situated 575 kilometers west from Jaipur. Jaisalmer comes under word heritage site. It is one of the most romantic places in India and also exotic destination for Indian as well as foreign tourists. For centuries this little settlement near India. The yellow sandstone and yellow sands used in every architecture of the city which gives it a yellowish-golden tinge to the city and its surrounding area. It is the base for your camel safari. Once arrived, complete the check-in formalities at your hotel. Stay overnight.
Day 6: Jaisalmer-Badabagh-Baisakhai-Ramkunda
After breakfast, begin your camel safari towards Badabagh. On arrival, visit the royal cenotaphs of Bhatti Rajput Kings, who were once the rulers of Jaisalmer. After visiting Badabagh proceed to Baisakhai, a small hamlet in Jaisalmer, take a halt here, and have lunch. After luch , you can visit a Hindu temple. Then resume your safari to Ramkunda. This is a religious place where you are going to visit the famous Hindu temples. After arrival check in to the camp. Rest day is free at leisure. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the place. Dinner and night stay in camp.
Day 7: Ramkunda-Roopsi-Ludharwa-Chatrayil-Peerwal
Post breakfast, begin your safari towards Ludharwa through Roopsi, it is the small town, where you can find the the houses made with mud and stick. Ludharwa, the former capital of Bhati Rajput kings. Take a Halt at Ludharva for lunch. After exploring the village including the beautiful Jain temples. Continue towards Chatrayil. Finally you reach Peerawal, then check into the comp, and have your dinner. Overnight in camp.
Day 8: Peerwal-Salkha- Beri of Kanoi-Sand dunes
Today have your early breakfast. After breakfast continue your safari to Salkha, which is a tiny village located in Jaisalmer Tehsil of Jaisalmer district, Rajasthan. Take a halt, and have your lunch. After exploring the village Continue to the Sand dunes for which you will cross Beri of Kanoi, popular for housing numerous water wells. Upon arrival at the sand dunes, check in to the camp and enjoy dinner along with campfire and folk music and dance of Rajasthan.
Day 9: Sand dunes-Kanoi-Masoordi-Jeseri
After breakfast, begin your safari towards Masoordi. En route cover Kanoi which is a regular carpenter village, take a halt here and buy some authentic wooden items. Explore the places along with the lifestyle of the small village. Take a halt at Masoordi which is a small village of Rajasthan, have your lunch here. Later proceed to Jeseri, it is a water tank that is bounded beautiful scenery along with an Oasis. Dinner and overnight stay close to the tank.
Day 10: Jeseiri-Dedha-Deegasar-Kuldhara
Today after having your breakfast then leave for Deegasar. Deegasar is a beautiful village that is surrounded by a small lake. En route, visit Dedha, a typical Rajput village. Upon arrival at Deegasar, enjoy your lunch here. Continue towards Kuldhara. On the way you will come across a small Rajput Dhani. It is a group of houses where the locals stay at the time of cultivating their fields. Finally, you reach Kuldhara, which is the most popular tourist attraction. This is a well-planned village of ancient times. Overnight camping.
Day 11: Kuldhara-Moolsagar-Amarsagar-Jaisalmer
After breakfast, return back to Jaisalmer, en-route Moolsagar and Amarsagar. While Moolsagar is a small place with garden and tanks but is famous for its paintings and architectural marvels. Amarsagar is known as lake cum Oasis. Once you reach Jaisalmer, check-in at your hotel. Rest day is free at leisure, you can explore the surroundings and visit the local bazaar. Stay overnight.
Day 12: Jaisalmer Sightseeing
Post breakfast, proceed to cover Patwon Ki Haveli, a 5-story mansion, which is most popular attraction in Jaisalmer, then proceed for visit Salim Singh Ki Haveli- a beautiful palace, built in 300 years ago, Gadi Sagar tank, an oasis and the Heritage Museum. After visiting these attractions, return back to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 13: Jaisalmer-Jodhpur (By Road-265 kms)
Post breakfast, drive to Jodhpur. Jodhpur also popular for its forts, palaces, temples and the stark landscape of the Thar Desert. Due to the vivid blue-painted houses around the Mehrangarh Fort, it also called the “Blue City”. Jodhpur traveler spots remain as a living demonstration of the quality, traditions and culture. The original city lies inside the fortified walls of the fort however now the city has extended over outside the wall and spared gradually.
After arrival, complete the check- in at your hotel. The afternoon is free. You can relax or explore the city, on foot. In the evening, you can shop at the local bazaar. Stay overnight.
Day 14: Jodhpur
After breakfast, proceed to cover the main tourist attractions of the city, including the places such as Clock Tower that was built by Maharaja Sardar Singh, Mehrangarh fort- one of the largest forts in India that is situated at 400 feet and the Jaswant Thada mausoleum, an architectural landmark. Stay overnight at Jodhpur.
Day 15: Jodhpur-Jaipur (By Road-334 kms)
After having the breakfast, drive to Jaipur. Jaipur is one of the most popular tourist place and the capital city of Rajasthan which is also known as Pink city. Upon arrival, Check -in at your hotel, and have your lunch. The rest of the day is free for leisure. In the evening visit the market, Jaipur is the paradise of shopping. Black printed and tie and dye textiles, light wait jaipuri quilts, jewellery and joots vie for your attention in Jaipur’s market. Return to the hotel at the late evening. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 16: Jaipur Sightseeing
Today after breakfast, proceed to visit main attractions of Jaipur including Hawa Mahal, The palace was designed for the royal women, so that they could see the festivals of the city without coming out of the palace. It was built of red and pink sandstone. You can get the best Rajasthani handcraft, clothing, souvenirs, jewelry etc nearby Hawa Mahal, do some sopping here.
Visit City palace which is the prime attraction of Jaipur. The complex is located within the heart of Jaipur, which includes the Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal palaces and other buildings. It was built by Sawai Jai Singh II between 1729 and 1732 AD.
Visit Jal Mahal, located at Man Sagar Lake, this fort was built in the 18th century and feels equally haunting and enchanting. Other spots to be visited are Amer Fort, About 11 kilometer north of the Jaipur city center Amber Fort Palace is located. It is the main attraction of Jaipur. Amber was the capital of the Kachhwaha Rajputs for 700 years.
After Jaipur sightseeing, return back to the hotel in the evening. Stay overnight at Hotel in Jaipur.
Day 17: Jaipur-Delhi(By Road-266 kms)-Departure
Today is the last day of your journey, after having your breakfast, begin your road journey to Delhi. Once you reach Delhi, check-in at your hotel, get freshened-up.
