Overview
Located at the height of 5500 feet, on the foothill of lower Himalayas, Gangtok is one of the largest city of Sikkim.It is the capital of the state of Sikkim. The city offers a breath-taking view of the Khangchendzonga.
Lachung is one of the most picturesque Lepcha village in the North Sikkim near the border with Tibet with abundant rhododendrons and orchids. Lachung is located at an elevation of about 9,600 feet from sea level, at the confluence of the Lachen and Lachung rivers. The literally meaning of Lachung is "small pass".
Darjeeling is one of the most picturesque city in the state West Bengal. The city is located at the height of 7,100 feet from sea level, on the foothill of Lesser Himalaya. Often it called the "Queen of the Hills”.This beautiful city is renowned for its Tea plantation along with Darjeeling Himalayan Railway which is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Charming and most quiet town Mirik, is situated in Darjeeling district. It is located at the distance of about 4,905 kilometres from sea level, which offers beautiful tea plantations as well as the grandeur of mountains.

Itinerary
Day 01: NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport - Gangtok (By Road - 130 kilometres)
Meet & Greet on arrival at NJP station / IXB airport & transfer to Gangtok - “The Capital City of Sikkim”. On arrival check-in to your hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay will be at Gangtok.
Day 02: Gangtok (Trip to Tsomgo Lake + Baba Mandir)(Excursion Tour)
After breakfast, Start for a half day trip of Tsomgo Lake, which is also called as Changu Lake, it is located at the height of 12,400 feet from sea level & Baba Harbhajan Singh Memorial which is located at the height of 13200 feet from sea level, located at the distance of 52 kms from Gangtok city. It is one of the most beautiful lake in East Sikkim which freezed completely during the winter.
After visiting Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir, return back to the hotel in Gangtok in the evening. Evening is free at leisure, you can explore local markets of the place, where you can buy the local handicraft items. Overnight stay will be at Gangtok.
Day 03: Gangtok -Lachung (By Road - 125 Kilometres)
After breakfast, drive to Lachung, which is one of the most alluring place in located in the North Sikkim near the border with Tibet. On the way visit Singhik View point, Seven Sisters Water Fall and Naga Water Fall. You can explore the surroundings of stunning water falls.
Upon arrival at Lachung in the evening. Check in to the hotel. Have your dinner at hotel. Overnight stay will be at Lachung.
Day 04: Lachung -Yumthang Excursion (24 Kilometres and 11,800 feet) - Lachung
Today after having early breakfast, proceed to Yumthang-valley, which is also known as Valley of Flowers. This amazing place is surrounded by the great Himalayan Mountains. It is the home of Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary.
After visiting Yumthang-valley, return back to Lachung. En- route visit Hot Spring considered to have medicinal properties.
Back to resort for lunch. Rest day is free at leisure or you can interact with the local people understand their culture and tradition. Overnight stay will be at Lachung.
Day 05: Lachung- Gangtok (By Road - 117 Kilometres)
After breakfast, drive for the Gangtok. On the way visit the marvellous Bheema and Twin Falls. Upon arrival at Gangtok
check-in to your hotel. Rest day is free at leisure. Overnight stay will be at Gangtok.
Day 06: Gangtok sightseeing- Darjeeling
This morning start for half day city tour of Gangtok covering Rumtek Monastery, Botanical Garden, Dro-DulChorten, Institute of Tibetology, Flower show and Handicraft Centre. After having early breakfast, drive to Darjeeling, it is one of the most picturesque Hill Resorts in India, located at the height of the height of 7,100 feet from sea level.
Upon arrival at Darjeeling, check-in to hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight at Darjeeling.
Day 07: Darjeeling (Local sightseeing)
Today Early Morning drive to Tiger hill to watch the stunning sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzonga, which is known as world’s third highest peak, located at the height of 28,208 ft. On your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.
After breakfast, proceed to take city tour of Darjelling, visit some of the most popular attractions of the city such as Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre , P.N.ZoologicalPark,Tenzing Rock, Tea Garden (outer view), and JapaneseTemple. After sightseeing, return back to the hotel. Evening is free at leisure.
Overnight stay will be at Darjeeling
Day 08: Darjeeling - Mirik (By Road - 49 Kilometres)
After breakfast drive to Mirik. Mirik is one of the most spectacular tourist destination in Darjeeling district surrounded lush green tea gardens, Orange orchards, located at the height of 5800 feet. The place offered a gorgeous lake which known as Sumendu Lake.
On arrival check-in to your hotel. Rest for a while. In afternoon, proceed to visit Sumendu Lake by walk. Enjoy the stunning surroundings of the lake, you can also do the horse ride here. Overnight stay will be at Mirik.
Day 09: Mirik - NJP Railway station / IXB Airport (By Road - 56 Kilometers)
